At Supply Star Recruitment, we specialise in providing high-quality education staffing solutions across the UK. Due to rapid growth and continued success, we are looking to expand our team with an ambitious and driven Education Recruitment Consultant.
As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in building relationships with schools and education professionals. You’ll be responsible for managing the full 360° recruitment cycle – from sourcing top teaching talent to matching them with the right schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and education staff
- Source, interview and place candidates into temporary and permanent education roles
- Manage job vacancies, candidate pipelines, and school requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
- Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
- Stay up to date with compliance and safeguarding regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in recruitment (education sector preferred, but not essential)
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Resilience, ambition, and a proactive attitude
- Knowledge of UK safeguarding and vetting procedures (advantageous)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
