The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a committed team. This is an exciting opportunity to teach in Lower Key Stage 2 and play a key role in supporting pupils as they transition from Key Stage 1.
The successful candidate will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress effectively
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including SEND and EAL learners
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers
- Contribute to the wider life of the school
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
- Has high expectations for achievement and behaviour
