Supply Star Little Learners Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Nursery Manager in Leamington Spa to lead a dedicated team and uphold the highest standards of early years care.
You will act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensure EYFS compliance, and prepare the setting for Ofsted inspections, all while managing operations, occupancy and budgets.
Offering £35,000–£40,000 per annum, 40 hours a week, with pension, wellbeing programme, CPD and clear progression routes to senior roles.
