Benefits: * Competitive salary (annual increase) * Health & wellbeing programme * Opportunities to grow and develop within the company * Unlimited CPD Key Information: * Location: in -person * Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities: * Lead the Team: Guide, mentor, and support staff within your room to deliver high-quality early years education. * Safeguarding: Ensure all safeguarding and child protection policies are strictly followed. * Learning & Development: Oversee the planning of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and ensure the key person approach is well embedded. * Parent Partnerships: Build strong, trust-based relationships with parents and carers. * Daily Operations: Maintain a safe, warm, and stimulating environment for all children. What We Are Looking For: * Qualification: Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification. * Experience: Proven experience working within an early years setting, ideally with previous leadership or senior responsibilities. * Knowledge: Sound understanding of the EYFS framework, child development, and safeguarding legislation. * Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills. Essential Criteria: * Paediatric first aid certificate (if qualified post 30/06/26) * GCSE English Grade 4+ (if qualified post September 2014) * Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one Supply Star Early Years Recruitment is committed to safeguarding and protecting children, young people and adults.
