The Role * Teaching Psychology to students across KS4 and KS5. * Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons. * Preparing students for GCSE and A-Level examinations. * Developing students' understanding of key psychological concepts, research methods and theoretical approaches. * Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback. * Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages independent thinking and discussion. The Ideal Candidate * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. * Experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5. * Strong subject knowledge, particularly at A-Level. * Excellent classroom management and communication skills. * Ability to engage, motivate and inspire students of varying abilities. * A commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
