We are currently recruiting on behalf of a warm welcoming nursery committed to providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team.

The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework. You will support children’s learning and development while building strong relationships with families and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
  • Act as a key person for a group of children
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development
  • Work effectively as part of a team
  • Build positive relationships with parents and carers
  • Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are always followed

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Level 3 Paediatric First Aid Qualification
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to complete one)
