We are looking for a motivated, caring, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated support team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting children’s education and development in a rewarding school environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with classroom teachers to provide academic and pastoral support to pupils across various year groups.
Responsibilities- Support teachers in delivering classroom lessons and activities
- Assist students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
- Help maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Support pupils with varying learning needs and abilities
- Assist with classroom preparation and resource organisation
- Encourage positive behaviour and student participation
- Support students during breaktimes, trips, and extracurricular activities when required
- Previous experience working with children is preferred but not essential
- Positive, patient, and adaptable attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- A genuine interest in supporting children’s learning and development
