Role Description This is a temporary, on-site role located in Shropshire for a Family Support Worker. The Family Support Worker will be responsible for providing direct support to families and young people, assisting with case management, and working closely with children. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with social workers, offering consistent communication with families, and ensuring that each individual\’s needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
