As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes in the absence of their usual teacher, ensuring students remain engaged with their work and maintain positive behaviour. You will provide classroom supervision, follow lesson plans and support a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Deliver and oversee pre-prepared lesson activities.
- Maintain positive behaviour and classroom standards.
- Support students with their learning where appropriate.
- Liaise with teaching staff and wider school teams.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
