The successful candidate will demonstrate strong assessment skills, sound knowledge of safeguarding and thresholds, and the ability to manage a varied caseload while maintaining high-quality records and reports. You will be confident working in multi-agency settings and, where needed, within court proceedings.

The Family Support Team promotes a reflective, supportive culture with regular supervision, strong peer support, and a focus on staff wellbeing. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where practitioners feel valued and empowered to deliver high-quality, child-centred practice and achieve meaningful outcomes for families.
