The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

The is a role within the statutory SEN team and includes management of a set caseload of children/settings.

It is in Lewisham's SEN 'Team 1', which covers age 0 up to Year 7.

The role includes coordination of new EHC needs assessments, drafting and finalising of EHC Plan, consultations with settings, annual reviews and casework around these processes, overseeing of phase transfer processes, excellent communication with families and settings, management of complex situations such as placement breakdown, and preparation for/presentation to our multidisciplinary panels.

Therefore we are seeking a candidate with experience across the different areas of statutory casework.

The successful candidate will have the skills and experience required to pick up the role quickly, and while we will offer training, this will be around Lewisham specific systems and processes rather than the fundamental aspects of statutory casework.

The successful candidate will receive close support from the SEN Casework Advisor and SEN Operational Manager.
