The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students with Special Educational Needs, helping them to achieve their full potential in a safe and inclusive learning environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a meaningful difference in education.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with SEN.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
- Support students’ academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and social development.
- Adapt classroom resources and activities to meet individual learning needs.
- Encourage positive behaviour and classroom participation.
