The role is peripatetic as it is primarily attending resident's flats and carrying out Person Centred Fire Risk Assessments, however, can we put 2 days at the office per week (flexible). You will lead the end-to-end RPEEPs process, ensuring residents at risk are identified, assessed and supported with proportionate, effective mitigation measures. Key responsibilities: - Deliver and oversee PCFRAs and RPEEPs across residential settings - Manage the full lifecycle: assessment, technical review, implementation and review of mitigation measures - Ensure compliance with legislation and maintain audit-ready processes - Carry out a robust quality assurance function, including post-installation checks of life safety measures - Work collaboratively with Building Safety Managers, Fire Risk Assessors, Housing teams and the London Fire Brigade - Provide expert technical guidance and resolve complex cases About You - Proven experience delivering Person Centred Fire Risk Assessments - Strong technical understanding of fire safety in residential buildings - Ability to lead operational delivery and manage risk effectively - Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills - Holds a recognised fire safety technical qualification If you are interested in this role please send your updated CV in the first instance
