Southwark Council is seeking an Interim Building Safety Manager to join the Building Safety Team and support the Private Sector Building Safety Programme. You will collect and review external wall systems (EWS) data, focusing on combustible cladding, to identify unsafe cladding and other fire safety deficiencies and coordinate with the internal enforcement team.
The role engages with building proprietors, MHCLG and other stakeholders; requires desktop reviews, data collection, risk assessment.
