To manage one of five Housing Needs teams to provide an effective and responsive homelessness prevention and assessment service; delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring service standards are achieved whilst providing a critical source of support for customers seeking help with their housing needs.

To work alongside external agencies and other partners to deliver homelessness services for the benefit of Haringey residents and ensure available resources are used effectively.

To play a key role in the Housing Demand service and the organisation as a whole, contributing to the overall objectives and vision of Haringey Council.

To deliver a service that carries out the statutory enforcement duties and wider responsibilities related to the Renters Rights Act.
