The London Borough of Redbridge seeks an exceptional leader to head SEND Advisory and Training Service (SENDATS). You will steer a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality support to around 3,000 children and young people with SEND across schools and home tuition.
You will manage an annual budget of approximately £8 million, shape SEND policy, ensure statutory compliance and drive service improvement in collaboration with health, social care and education partners.
