We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Manager to lead our Fostering, Kinship and Special Guardianship service.
This is a pivotal senior role, driving high-quality practice and improving permanence outcomes for children, with a strong emphasis on supporting kinship carers and special guardians to provide stable, loving homes.
You will provide strategic and operational leadership across fostering and kinship services, ensuring robust assessment, support and supervision of carers, and delivering a clear, strengths-based approach to kinship and SGO arrangements.
The role includes oversight of regulatory compliance, sufficiency planning, and partnership working to ensure children grow up within their families and networks wherever safe to do so.
