About Us

Supply Staff is currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support schools across Basildon. We are looking for compassionate and reliable SEN Teaching Assistants who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs.

Job Overview

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to students with special educational needs inside and outside the classroom. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and additional learning needs. This SEN Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone passionate about helping young people succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support as an SEN Teaching Assistant.
  • Support students with classroom learning and behaviour management.
  • Work closely with teachers and the SEN Teaching Assistant team.

Requirements
