Supply Staff Ltd is seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant for full-time, long-term positions and day to day supply work across Bristol. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students with special educational needs, providing tailored support to help them thrive in the classroom. The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will have experience or training in supporting students with additional learning needs, although aspiring SEN Teaching Assistants are also welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities: * Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN. * Assist the SEN Teaching Assistant team with classroom activities and individual learning goals. * Support students with personal development and social integration. * Work closely with teachers to monitor student progress and adapt learning materials. * Participate in team meetings, training sessions and school activities. Requirements: * Experience or training in supporting SEN students is desirable. * Strong communication skills, patience and empathy. * Passion for helping children with additional learning needs. * Ability to work effectively within a team environment. * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to apply. * Full compliance with standard UK school safeguarding regulations.
