About Us: Supply Staff is currently recruiting Behaviour Mentors to support schools across the London borough of Hackney. This Behaviour Mentor role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting students with behavioural, emotional, and social needs.

Job Overview: As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students who require additional behavioural and emotional support within education settings. The successful Behaviour Mentor will help students build confidence, improve engagement, and develop positive behaviour strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEMH and behavioural needs
  • Build positive relationships with students and staff
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group Behaviour Mentor support
  • Support emotional regulation and classroom engagement
  • Work closely with teachers and pastoral teams

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Behaviour Mentor or similar role
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with young people
  • Calm, resilient, and adaptable approach
  • DBS on the Update Service
