Property Surveyor - Westminster City Council Supply Staff are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Surveyor to join Westminster City Council on a contract basis. The successful candidate will work within the Housing Services team, supporting the delivery of property surveying, repairs, maintenance and investment programmes across the Council's housing stock. The role will involve carrying out property inspections, identifying defects and remedial works, supporting planned and reactive maintenance, overseeing contractors and ensuring works are delivered to the required quality and technical standards. Key responsibilities: Carry out pre and post inspections of residential properties and communal areas. Diagnose building defects and identify appropriate remedial works.
