The London Borough of Redbridge is seeking an exceptional and visionary leader to join our Education and SEND senior leadership team as Head of Service ? SEND Advisory and Training Service (SENDATS) . This is a unique opportunity to lead a highly regarded, multidisciplinary service of over 100 professionals supporting approximately 3,000 children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across mainstream schools, resource provisions, alternative settings and home tuition services. SENDATS plays a pivotal role in ensuring that children and young people receive the support they need to thrive, with the service currently meeting the needs of approximately 98% of children with SEND in Redbridge.
