As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students with special educational needs, providing tailored support to help them thrive in the classroom. The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will have experience or training in supporting students with additional learning needs, although aspiring SEN Teaching Assistants are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one to one and small group support to students with SEN.
- Assist the SEN Teaching Assistant team with classroom activities and individual learning goals.
- Support students with personal development and social integration.
- Work closely with teachers to monitor student progress and adapt learning materials.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions and school activities.
Requirements:
