Overview
Supply Hive are working with a welcoming specialist primary setting looking for a Sports Coach Mentor to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health additional needs. This role is all about building trust, consistency, and helping young people feel safe enough to engage in learning.
Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
- Helping with emotional regulation and behaviour support
- Working closely with class teachers and pastoral teams
- Encouraging positive routines and engagement in learning
Requirements / About you
- Calm, patient and resilient
- Confident supporting behaviour and emotional needs
- Able to build strong, positive relationships
- Previous SEN/SEMH experience is a bonus, not essential
