Responsibilities
- Work alongside the preschool lead and teaching staff to plan and deliver exciting, play-based learning experiences.
- Support the preparation of engaging resources, activities, and classroom displays.
- Provide individual and small-group support to children, including those with additional needs.
- Encourage positive behaviour and model kindness, curiosity, and respect in all interactions.
- Foster children's personal, social, and emotional growth, promoting independence and confidence.
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, sharing updates on children's progress and well-being.

Qualifications
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3, CACHE, or equivalent).
- Proven experience working with young children in an Early Years or preschool setting.
- A team-focused attitude, with the ability to use initiative and work independently when needed.
- An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
