We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work in friendly and supportive primary schools across Reading and the surrounding areas. Whether you are experienced in schools or looking to start your career in education, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assisting the class teacher with lessons and classroom activities
- Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Supporting children with varying learning abilities and additional needs
- Encouraging pupil confidence, development, and participation
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or young people (preferred)
- Positive, patient, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for supporting children's learning and development
- TA qualifications are beneficial but not essential
