You will help implement targets from learners' IDPs, support communication and emotional needs, and work closely with teachers and the ALNCo in a supportive team environment.
Experience supporting young people with ALN or SEN in school, care, youth work or at home is valuable. DBS updates are preferred, and a dedicated ALN consultant will support you.
