Progress Mentor – 1:1 Support Cardiff | Term Time Only | Competitive Daily Rate Supply Hive Wales is seeking a compassionate, resilient and proactive Progress Mentor to provide dedicated 1:1 support for pupils within secondary schools across Cardiff. This rewarding role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning, build confidence and achieve positive outcomes. You'll work closely with pupils who require additional support, acting as a positive role model while encouraging engagement, independence and personal development. The RoleAs a Progress Mentor, you'll work on a 1:1 basis with students who may present with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, or behavioural challenges. You'll provide consistent support throughout the school day, helping pupils remain engaged in lessons, regulate their emotions and develop the skills needed to succeed both academically and personally.
