Supply Heroes are working in partnership with a supportive and forward-thinking school trust in North Birmingham, to recruit a passionate qualified teacher to work with deaf children. Salary is negotiable. This is a rare and rewarding opportunity for a teacher who believes in inclusive education and wants to make a genuine difference. The school is open to candidates who already have experience working with deaf children, as well as those who have a strong interest in developing their career in deaf education. While experience is valued, passion is key. The school trust is deeply committed to staff development and will fully support the successful candidate with specialist training, including Teacher of the Deaf (ToD) training and other relevant professional development. This role is ideal for a teacher looking for more than just a classroom post — someone who wants to develop specialist expertise, be supported on that journey, and have a lasting impact on children's lives.
