We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teachers to work in a range of welcoming and supportive schools in Tipton. This is a great opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to gain valuable classroom experience across different settings. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, offering flexibility to suit your schedule.
About the Role
- Delivering engaging lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and creating a positive learning environment
- Adapting quickly to different school settings and year groups
- Following lesson plans provided by the school and ensuring continuity of learning
- Marking work and providing feedback where required
- Upholding safeguarding and school policies at all times
The Right Candidate Will
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Have a strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
- Be confident in delivering lessons across different key stages (experience in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 is desirable)
- Have excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Be adaptable, reliable, and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Be passionate about supporting pupils' learning and development
- ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
