We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teachers to work in a range of welcoming and supportive schools in Tipton. This is a great opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to gain valuable classroom experience across different settings. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, offering flexibility to suit your schedule.

About the Role

  • Delivering engaging lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively and creating a positive learning environment
  • Adapting quickly to different school settings and year groups
  • Following lesson plans provided by the school and ensuring continuity of learning
  • Marking work and providing feedback where required
  • Upholding safeguarding and school policies at all times

The Right Candidate Will

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
  • Have a strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
  • Be confident in delivering lessons across different key stages (experience in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 is desirable)
  • Have excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Be adaptable, reliable, and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Be passionate about supporting pupils' learning and development
  • ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
