The Role
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences and help pupils make excellent progress.

- Be competent in supporting the delivery of the EYFS and/or National Curriculum.
- Be an excellent classroom practitioner.

- Have knowledge and experience of supporting the delivery of Read Write Inc.

- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing.
- The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- A recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience working within a primary school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience supporting children across the primary age range.
- Knowledge of EYFS and/or the National Curriculum.
- An understanding of Read Write Inc.
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
- A proactive, flexible and positive approach to school life.
