Supply Heroes are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-supported primary school in Coleshill for a Specialist Provision Teacher to work within their dedicated resource base. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and nurturing teacher who is committed to supporting children with additional needs in a structured, small-group setting. You will be working with up to 12 pupils, delivering tailored learning and making a genuine impact on their academic and personal development. The Role
- Deliver high-quality, differentiated teaching within the resource base
- Support a small cohort of up to 12 children with additional needs
- Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual EHCP targets
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants to maximise pupil support
- Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress effectively
- Liaise with parents, SENCO, and external professionals
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience working with SEN / specialist provision / resource bases
- Demonstrates strong behaviour management and emotional intelligence
- Is patient, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about inclusive education
- Can confidently differentiate learning to meet a range of needs
- Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with staff and parents
- Is committed to making a lasting difference in children's lives
