The Role

As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring pupils remain safe, happy and well-supervised during the lunchtime period.

Your responsibilities will include

• Supervising pupils in the dining hall, playground and other designated areas.
• Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging good manners.
• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils during lunchtime.
• Supporting children with play activities and social interactions.
• Managing minor incidents and reporting concerns appropriately.
• Encouraging an inclusive and positive environment for all children.
• Following school safeguarding and health and safety procedures at all times.
