School Administrator - Maternity Cover

We at Supply Heroes are recruiting for an Office Administrator to support one of our partner schools in Handsworth with Maternity cover on a short-term contract. Prior school admin experience is desirable, though full training will be provided to the successful applicant. As a successful applicant you would be required to: * Complete general administrative duties, * Deal with incoming queries via email & phone, * Organise dinner registers, * Greet Visitors and signing them in appropriately, * Navigate and Update school systems to facilitate smooth dayto-day activities, This is a 32.5 hours per week contract, requiring you to work 5 days in the week, with an earlier finish on Friday. This role whilst fixed-term, has the potential to develop into a longer-term/permanent role for the right applicant. If you’re interested, please apply immediately.
