For the right candidate, the role has the potential to become permanent. The Role As Pastoral Year Leader, you will play a key role in supporting students to achieve both academically and personally. You will work closely with pupils, families, teaching staff and external agencies to promote positive behaviour, improve attendance and ensure students receive the support they need to thrive.
