PA to CEO – Full Time – MAT Schools – Great Barr

Heroes are working on behalf of a thriving primary and secondary school\'s in Great Barr to recruit a professional and highly efficient PA to the CEO. This is a full-time, long-term role to begin in September 2025 and continue for the entire academic year. This is a key administrative position that requires excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills. You’ll be the first point of contact for the CEO, managing their diary, correspondence and supporting the leadership team with meetings and events. Key Responsibilities: * Full diary management for the CEO, including scheduling meetings * Minute-taking during SLT meetings and strategy sessions * Drafting and sending professional correspondence on behalf of the CEO * Organising school-wide and external events * Liaising with stakeholders and supporting the wider admin team The ideal candidate will have: * Previous experience as a PA, preferably within an education setting * Strong communication, discretion, and organisational skills * Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools * The ability to manage conflicting priorities under pressure Why Supply Heroes? * Excellent rates of pay on PAYE * Around the clock support whenever you need it * Commitment to a quality of service and safeguarding * Support with any interviews and lesson observations * Transparency and honesty * Exclusive job roles around the West Midlands If you are interested in this position, please apply now with your CV.
