We are recruiting on behalf of a successful Ofsted-rated Good secondary school in Birmingham for a dedicated and highly organised Head of Year. The successful candidate will provide outstanding pastoral leadership to a designated year group, ensuring students are supported academically, socially and emotionally. Working closely with staff, families and external agencies, you will play a key role in promoting excellent attendance, behaviour, wellbeing and achievement, while helping students overcome barriers to success.
The Role:
- As Head of Year, you will take responsibility for the pastoral leadership of a designated year group and lead a team of tutors to ensure every student receives the support and guidance they need to succeed.
