The Role As a Business Studies Teacher, you will: * Teach Business Studies across Key Stages 3 and 4. * Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire students to achieve their full potential. * Support the delivery of an ambitious and well-sequenced curriculum. * Assess, monitor and track student progress effectively. * Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive. * Maintain high standards of behaviour, attainment and achievement. * Work collaboratively with the Head of Department and wider teaching team. * Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment opportunities and extracurricular activities where appropriate. The Ideal Candidate Will: * Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. * Have experience teaching Business Studies within a secondary school setting. * Be a dynamic, enthusiastic and inspirational classroom practitioner. * Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Business Studies. * Have high expectations of themselves and their students. * Be committed to raising standards and improving outcomes for all learners. * Be skilled in planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils. * Be confident using assessment data to support student progress. * Have strong behaviour management and classroom management skills. * Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. * Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
