Do you have the confidence to lead a class and support students in their learning? We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in Secondary schools across Birmingham on a full time, long term basis starting ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience in a school environment.

About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will step in to manage the classroom in the absence of the teacher. You will deliver pre-set work, maintain a positive learning environment and ensure students remain engaged and on task. You will not be required to plan lessons, making this an ideal stepping stone into teaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise classes across a range of subjects

  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
