We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in Birmingham seeking a dedicated Reception Class Teacher to join their Early Years team on a full-time, long-term basis. This role offers the opportunity to secure a permanent contract for the right teacher.

The Role
- Full-time Reception Class Teacher

- Planning, delivering and assessing engaging EYFS lessons
- Creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
- Supporting pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
- Working collaboratively with the Early Years team and parents to achieve the best outcomes for pupils
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has a strong Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) background or specialism
- Has experience teaching within Reception or Early Years
- Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management
- Is passionate about providing high-quality learning experiences
- Is committed to raising standards and helping every child reach their full potential
