We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in Birmingham seeking a dedicated Reception Class Teacher to join their Early Years team on a full-time, long-term basis. This role offers the opportunity to secure a permanent contract for the right teacher.

The Role

• Full-time Reception Class Teacher
• September start
• Long-term position with the opportunity to become permanent
• Planning, delivering and assessing engaging EYFS lessons
• Creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
• Supporting pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
• Working collaboratively with the Early Years team and parents to achieve the best outcomes for pupils

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has a strong Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) background or specialism
• Has experience teaching within Reception or Early Years
• Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management
• Is passionate about providing high-quality learning experiences
• Is committed to raising standards and helping every child reach their full potential
