The Role
- Teaching Art across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Delivering engaging and creative lessons that encourage student participation and achievement.
- Providing general cover within the Art department.
- Following existing schemes of work and lesson plans.
- Monitoring student progress and maintaining high expectations.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Art at KS3 and KS4.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners of varying abilities.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
