We're currently looking for ECTs with SEN experience to join us from the Autumn term, starting on a flexible supply basis - with the goal of helping you find the right long-term or permanent role when you're ready.

What you'll be doing:
- Stepping into classrooms and supporting pupils when their usual teacher is away.
- Delivering pre-planned lessons (with support where needed!).
- Creating a calm, inclusive environment where every child feels supported.
- Following each school's behaviour and safeguarding policies.
- Leaving clear handover notes so the class teacher can pick up seamlessly.
