Responsibilities
- Provide one‑on‑one and group support to students with behavioural difficulties
- Implement behavioural management strategies in collaboration with classroom teachers and support staff
- Foster positive relationships with students, offering guidance and encouragement
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualised behaviour plans
- Monitor and document student progress, communicating effectively with teachers and parents/guardians
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with students with behavioural needs preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
- A genuine passion for supporting students' social and emotional development
