Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum.
- Differentiating learning to meet the individual needs of all pupils.
- Create a positive, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor, assess and record pupil progress, providing effective feedback.
- Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
- Promote positive behaviour and support pupils' personal development.
- Encourage independence, confidence and a lifelong love of learning.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
