Supply Desk is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teachers to work within our growing network of partner schools across Watford and the wider Hertfordshire area.

We work closely with a range of primary, secondary and specialist SEND schools, supporting pupils with needs including autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties and other additional needs. What We’re Looking For

  • Passionate about making a positive difference to children and young people with SEND
  • Comfortable supporting pupils with needs such as ASC, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties
  • Strong communicators who can engage, motivate and inspire pupils
  • Able to adapt teaching and learning to meet individual needs
  • Creative, patient, resilient and committed to inclusive education
  • Confident with behaviour management and creating positive learning environments
  • Able to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, SENDCos and other professionals
  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Qualified Teachers are preferred, although we are also interested in hearing from experienced unqualified teachers with a strong background in SEND education.
