The Role and Ideal Candidate
- A degree in a Science-related discipline (Biology, Chemistry, Physics); a teaching qualification is preferred
- Proven experience delivering Science lessons across KS3 and KS4; KS5 experience is advantageous but not essential
- A creative, adaptable teaching approach with a strong commitment to inclusive practice and differentiated learning
- Confident classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning environment
- Capability to plan and deliver stimulating lessons combining theoretical knowledge with practical experimentation
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting student progress and achievement
