Supply Desk, in partnership with Buckinghamshire Council, is seeking ASC Teaching Assistants to provide 1:1 support to pupils across primary, secondary, and specialist school settings.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting children and young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and additional needs, helping them access learning, manage emotions, and develop socially and academically.

  • Provide tailored 1:1 support to pupils with ASC
  • Support emotional regulation, communication, and social interaction
  • Deliver strategies in line with EHCPs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff
  • Promote independence, confidence, and positive behaviour

We welcome applications from experienced support staff and those new to SEND education. You may have experience supporting:

  • Autism (ASC)
  • ADHD
  • Dyslexia
  • Learning and communication needs

You will be patient, empathetic, adaptable, and confident building positive relationships in school environments.

  • Experience in an education or support role (desirable, not essential)
