About the Role:

As Support Staff, you will:

Provide classroom assistance to teachers in delivering lessons and supporting student learning.

Support children with individual learning needs, ensuring they receive the attention and care they require.

Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, inclusive environment.

Work closely with teachers and other staff members to monitor student progress and well-being.

Assist with general classroom activities, including setting up resources and providing one-on-one support where needed.

What We\’re Looking For:

Experience working with children (preferably in a school setting).

A positive and proactive attitude towards supporting children’s education.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team.

An empathetic, patient, and nurturing approach to supporting children\’s development.

A current enhanced DBS (on the Update Service) or willingness to obtain one.
