Supply Desk are seeking a professional, passionate, and dedicated primary school teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive school in the Ruislip area, starting this September. This full-time position is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about inspiring young learners and creating a positive, engaging classroom environment. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development while contributing positively to the wider school community.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering creative, engaging, and curriculum-aligned lessons, monitoring and assessing pupil progress, and maintaining strong communication with parents and carers. The role also provides opportunities to get involved in extra-curricular activities and wider school initiatives, helping to enrich the learning experience for all pupils. Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum
  • Track, assess, and report on pupils' progress
  • Liaise with parents/carers and contribute to pupil reports
  • Contribute to extra-curricular activities and after-school clubs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for pupils

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
  • Primary classroom experience
  • Passion for the development of learning
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Inclusive ethics
  • Knowledge/Maintenance/Promotion of safeguarding

This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and ECTs. We offer £100 referral fee for any successful referrals of friends or colleagues who complete five or more shifts.
