Inspire and support pupils as they step into Key Stage 2. Supply Desk is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Stokenchurch, seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in supporting pupils as they transition from KS1 into KS2, helping them develop confidence, independence, and strong academic foundations.

About the Role

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality teaching within a Lower Key Stage 2 classroom. You will:

  • Plan and deliver creative, inclusive lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
  • Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
  • Help children adapt to the expectations of Key Stage 2 learning
  • Create a positive, structured, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Assess progress and use data to inform teaching and support individual needs
